The child was last known to be in the company of her mother, Sylvia Hernandez, who is a white/hispanic female, 31 years of age, 5 feet 03 inches tall, 250 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes. They may be traveling in a purple Toyota Corolla, Florida tag number 475KSV.
