Finally met Detective Mancha

I went to see Detective Mancha, the detective from Miami Dade Police assigned to Lilly's case on Monday with the new evidence I found. I think it shows a possible motive. I asked Detective Mancha where we're at.

I'll tell you where we're at, absolutely NO progress in 6 months!! He still hasn't questioned her boyfriend, one of the last people to see her. He said that he's been out to his apartment a few times but he's never there. He says he's left various business cards asking him to call. And surprise surprise, he hasn't called. I'm so frustrated with police and media.

I practically begged him to help with a press release. And (as expected) he washed his hands of it. It's not him, he has to submit it to P.I.O Police Information Office, which is media relations for the police. But after everything, the fact that he misspelled her name on the flyer, the fact that he's let all this time fly without pinning down the boyfriend, etc- he can't even make a press release happen. What ever happened to compassion? Lilly is a human being, a precious one to her family and friends. So why can't they even get her picture up on the news/newspaper, etc?
I am determined more than ever to continue this mission to find her. As long as I remain in this world, I vow to never stop seeking justice for my precious friend, Lilly.

I did get something accomplished though. I'll let you know tomorrow after the fact. Wish us luck... we really need it. In this world, you must be white, middle-class, or from an important family to get any media attention or proper police investigation. It's a sad realization, I've learned the hard way.

Please don't stop praying for Lilly.
